Mrs. Hannan earned her Principal Certification and Master of Education in Counseling at Lamar University in Beaumont. Her career started in Spring ISD as a kindergarten and second grade teacher and elementary school counselor. Mrs. Hannan and her husband have five children, all Texas Tech graduates, Go Red Raiders! By educating the whole child, we enable them to discover and develop the skills necessary to become positive contributing members of our community. Together we will make this a fantastic year!
A little about my self...This is my 25rd year in education and 19 of them in Tomball ISD. I was a bilingual teacher for 12 years (PK-4th grade) and 9 years I was one of the Bilingual Instructional Specialists at Canyon Pointe Elementary. I am very excited to start one of my dreams here at Canyon Pointe. I am here to support all of our students and families. My husband and I have 3 precious children, José-Manrique, Zyanya, and Zinnia. Our son José-Manrique is a very social kid and loves helping others. He graduated from Tomball Memorial High School and will start college to pursue a degree in nursing. Our daughter Zyanya is a junior at Tomball Memorial High School. She plays the trumpet and is in marching band. She is a sweet young lady and she loves to bake. Our little princess Zinnia is in 4th grade here at Canyon Pointe. She loves to dance! She keeps us busy with ballet and dance!
